I will sue Parazit show soon!

About a month ago, I wrote this post  about Copyright infringers by VOA’s Parazit show on my weblog. I didn’t take any legal actions about what they have done to that particular picture, as I knew that the hosts of the show were going to be in UC Berkeley and I thought it was better to talk to them in person about that issue. I went to UC Berkeley and here’s a short video of that day. On that day Parazit show’s hosts explained that using a picture without getting the permission from the owner was a mistake and they would never repeat such a mistake as they are very careful about these things.

But unfortunately, on last Friday (June 24th, 2011), they used another picture of mine in their show again which you can find it in here. (02:19 mins) – Parazit 11, Part one – June 24.

Anyway, they have used one of my pictures in their show without my written permission. Regarding publishing of that picture ( IRAN HANGED TWO MURDERED IN PUBLIC IN TEHRAN, captured on August 2,2007) on their show on June 24, 2011; as the copyright holder I am giving them this opportunity to pay me before taking legal action.
What they have done is against the copyright laws, and Parazit producers are responsible for cost of the usage of this picture.
